Clifden Traditional Holiday Home is set in a wonderful location a mere 9-minute walk or 1-minute drive from the heart of Clifden town in County Galway. Often referred to as the Capital of Connemara this vibrant coastal town is surrounded by magnificent scenery.

The Owenglin River flows through the town into Clifden Bay located on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way. This self-catering holiday home is situated down a quiet lane while still being just a short stroll to the many shops, restaurants and traditional pubs in Clifden town.

Clifden Traditional Holiday Home Description – Sleeps 6

This bungalow has been renovated and decorated to a high standard. Access to the front porch is via two small external steps. This holiday home has 3 bedrooms and 6 sleeps guests comfortably:

From the kitchen you can access the large mature garden. The garden has a large grassed area perfect for relaxing or for kids to explore. Outdoor furniture is also provided for your convenience.

There is oil central heating throughout this holiday home. Ideally parking is available for up to two cars outside this holiday home. Wi-Fi is included in the rental fee.

From this holiday home you will are a 5-minute walk from the many craft shops, excellent restaurants, cafes, traditional Irish pubs and a variety of grocery shops.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

3. Internal steps:
Please note there is one internal step from the kitchen into the bathroom and one step into one of the bedrooms.
