We offer for holiday rental this spacious villa, very nicely located, in the beautiful domaine "Le Grand Duc"; a luxury and 24/7 secure domaine of ??approximately 100 hectares. There are various sports facilities including a gym, tennis court, 2 x 18-hole golf courses, a 9-hole golf course "Old Course" and "Barbossi Golf"; the former "Riviera Golf". Furthermore just below the building a beautiful and peacefully located overflow swimming pool with a fantastic sea view. Pool-heating is available at request. The villa has an entrance at 2 sides; we follow the lower entrance situated at a dead end street. Parking space for 2 or 3 cars; gate to the garden with various terraces and the secluded (removable gate) overflow swimming pool. The lay-out of the villa: entrance hall with guest toilet and through the hallway a, connection to the modern and beautiful designed living kitchen with all appliances, coffee corner and and a hide second kitchen area with storage room, an extra freezer, washing machine and dryer.
